Ingredients:
2 cups small cauliflower florets
2 cups frozen peas
2 tablespoons butter
1 julienned red pepper
Directions:
1. Melt butter in a frying pan.
2. Saute cauliflower and peas until cauliflower is tender-crisp (about 5 minutes).
3. Add julienned red pepper and saute until hot.
