Fast and tasty. This is really easy to make on those rushed days. The recipe comes from Chatelaine Food Express Quickies. Ingredients:
2 cups small cauliflower florets |
2 cups frozen peas |
2 tablespoons butter |
1 julienned red pepper |
Directions:
1. Melt butter in a frying pan. 2. Saute cauliflower and peas until cauliflower is tender-crisp (about 5 minutes). 3. Add julienned red pepper and saute until hot. |
