This is a wonderful, easy side dish or main course. This dish is great for a hot summer night.
Ingredients:
8 ounces spaghetti
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 tablespoon olive oil
Directions:
1. In a large pot with boiling salted water cook spaghetti pasta until al dente. Rinse with cool water. Drain well.
2. In a large bowl mix the bread crumbs, oregano, basil, and cooled pasta. Pour olive oil to your likening over the mixture.
3. Serve salad cold.
