A quick recipe for dessert. It looks great in transparent glasses. Amaretti biscuits can be used instead. Ingredients:
2 bananas, sliced |
2 tablespoons maple syrup |
400 g custard |
4 ginger nut biscuits, roughly chopped |
Directions:
1. Divide the bananas between 4 serving dishes and drizzle over the maple syrup. 2. Spoon over the custard, then scatter over the biscuit crumbs. 3. Chill until ready to serve. |
