It takes almost no time to make this easy sorbet; and it's rich in both fiber and CLA. Ingredients:
3/4 cup frozen mango chunks |
3 tablespoons 1% low-fat milk |
1 teaspoon honey |
2 teaspoons shredded coconut, toasted |
Directions:
1. Place mango, milk, and honey in a blender or food processor; process until thick. Top with coconut. |
