Quick Macaroni Salad

This recipe is quick and easy, it wont spoil at a picnic, as it contains no miracle whip or mayonnaise.
Ingredients:
4 cups elbow macaroni
3 large grated carrots
1 (12 ounce) package frozen peas
1 large onion, diced
1 lb bacon, chopped
1 lb colby cheese or 1 lb cheddar cheese, diced
1 can sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
1/4 cup vinegar
Directions:
1. Cook macaroni following manufacture instruction.
2. Chop bacon and fry.
3. Drain bacon on paper towel.
4. Drain cooked macaroni in cold water.
5. Add carrots, frozen peas, onion, bacon, cheese.
6. Mix well.
7. Add vinegar and condensed milk.
8. Mix well.
9. Chill several hours stirring often.
