I came up with this one night, when I wanted something yummy, but didn't want to cheat on my diet.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 ounces jello fat-free sugar-free vanilla pudding
3 cups 1% low-fat milk
1 cup cooked rice
1 (8 ounce) container fat-free cool whip
Directions:
1. Mix milk and pudding together in a large mixing bowl. Chill.
2. Once pudding is set, mix in rice and Cool Whip.
