using 3 oz fillets of tilapia (or flounder) at 100 cals each. Ingredients:
6 oz. flounder fillets |
2 garlic cloves |
2 tbsp icbinb |
2 tbsp lemon juice |
Directions:
1. melt icbinb, and mix with lemon juice. place tilapi on a greased baking sheet, or foi-covered pan. preheat oven to 375. crush garlic, mince. lightly season fish, then sprinkle garlic over. liberally cover each fillet with lemon butter mix. bake for 20 minutes, check in on at 10, then at 15 min to see if the fish is flaky |
