Kale, Great Northern beans, Tuna, and tomatoes- healthy and filling! Ingredients:
1 (6 ounce) can albacore tuna |
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can crushed tomatoes |
1 (15 ounce) can great northern beans |
2 cups frozen kale (trader joe's) |
2 cups chicken broth |
1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder |
1 teaspoon dried onion |
Directions:
1. Heat chicken broth, add in the kale, boil. 2. Add tomatoes, beans, tuna, garlic, and onion. 3. Serve immediately. |
