Really Fast and delicious! Serve with raisins, cashews and rice and flat bread.
Ingredients:
1 lb boneless chicken breast, and cut in thin strips
2 tablespoons butter
2 fresh tomatoes, chopped
1 envelope onion soup mix
2 tablespoons curry powder
1 cup water
1/2 cup plain yogurt
Directions:
1. Melt butter and brown chicken.
2. Stir in tomatoes, soup mix and curry mixed with water.
3. Simmer covered 15 minutes.
4. Stir in yogurt; heat through~ do not boil.
