Really Fast and delicious! Serve with raisins, cashews and rice and flat bread. Ingredients:
1 lb boneless chicken breast, and cut in thin strips |
2 tablespoons butter |
2 fresh tomatoes, chopped |
1 envelope onion soup mix |
2 tablespoons curry powder |
1 cup water |
1/2 cup plain yogurt |
Directions:
1. Melt butter and brown chicken. 2. Stir in tomatoes, soup mix and curry mixed with water. 3. Simmer covered 15 minutes. 4. Stir in yogurt; heat through~ do not boil. |
