This is a quick recipe for ice cream. For mousse, freeze for four hours, then refrigerate 30 minutes before serving. Ingredients:
3/4 cup prepared fat free vanilla pudding |
1 (8 ounce) container fat free frozen whipped topping, thawed |
Directions:
1. Fold the pudding together with the whipped topping. Return to whipped topping container and freeze 8 hours or overnight with lid slightly open. |
