Traditional cabbage/beet soup made fast with convience foods. Ingredients:
2 (16 ounce) cans beef broth (or homemade) |
1 lb sauerkraut |
4 -5 tablespoons orange marmalade |
2 tablespoons ginger preserves (wilkin & sons is brand label) |
1 (16 ounce) can sliced red beets |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients. 2. Heat and serve. |
