This is a quick hot meal I like to make after a hard day at work. My son can't get enough of it!
Ingredients:
1 lb cooked ground beef
1 large onion, chopped fine
1 cup celery, diced fine
1 cup raw rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can water
4 tablespoons soy sauce
chow mein noodles
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients except noodles.
2. Bake 25 minutes at 350.
3. When done, sprinkle noodles over top and serve.
