This is a quick hot meal I like to make after a hard day at work. My son can't get enough of it! Ingredients:
1 lb cooked ground beef |
1 large onion, chopped fine |
1 cup celery, diced fine |
1 cup raw rice |
1 can cream of mushroom soup |
1 can cream of chicken soup |
1 can water |
4 tablespoons soy sauce |
chow mein noodles |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients except noodles. 2. Bake 25 minutes at 350. 3. When done, sprinkle noodles over top and serve. |
