This is a quick and simple recipe that only consists of 4 ingredients. Also, it is a low-fat dessert. My family loves it when I fix it! It is a real winner with the kids. I got the recipe from my mom. I make it on special occasions. Ingredients:
2 graham cracker pie crust |
1 (30 ounce) can fruit cocktail (drained) |
1 (16 ounce) container cool whip |
1/4 cup lemon juice |
Directions:
1. First, open the fruit cocktail and let it drain. Next, take the cool whip out of the container it comes in and place it in a bowl. add the lemon juice and stir it into the cool whip. Finally, empty the fruit cocktail into the cool whip mixture and stir. Finally, pour the mixture into the two pie crusts. Chill in freezer for 1 and 1/2 hours. Enjoy! |
