Tastes great and can be easy breakfast or lunch! Ingredients:
1/2 onion |
handful of chopped mushroom |
1 small amount green chili (or more depending on the amount of spice you can handle!) |
green beans (a few will do) |
1/2 tomato |
2 eggs |
salt and pepper |
milk |
Directions:
1. Heat one teaspoon of oil, Fry the onions until soft. Add the mushrooms,chilli,green beans and tomato. Cook until a bit brown or soft depending on how you like it. Then whisk the eggs add S&P and milk. Add to the pan and there you go! |
