I was jonesing for Hawaiian pizza. I tossed this together and was surprised at how delicious it turned out. Ingredients:
1 slice whole grain bread |
1 tablespoon salsa |
2 teaspoons parmesan cheese |
32 g ham (1 thin slice) |
1/3 cup pineapple |
Directions:
1. Spread salsa on bread. 2. Sprinkle half the cheese 3. Top with ham and then pineapple. 4. Sprinkle remaining cheese. 5. Cook in toaster oven a few minutes until bottom crispy and toppings a little warmed. |
