1-1/2 pounds ground beef |
2 medium onions, chopped |
1/2 cup king arthur unbleached all-purpose flour |
2 tablespoons beef bouillon granules |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
5 cups milk |
baked potatoes |
Directions:
1. In a Dutch oven, cook beef and onions over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Stir in the flour, bouillon, salt and pepper. Gradually add milk; bring to a boil. Cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Serve over potatoes. Yield: 7 cups. |
