Quick Greek Salad for Two

Another quick salad for just the two of you, a very tasty lunch -
Ingredients:
1 cup chopped cucumber
1 tomato, coarsely chopped
1/4 cup coarsely chopped green pepper
1 1/2 cups thinly slied red onions
1/4 cup greek feta cheese, crumbled
2 tablespoons greek vinaigrette with feta and oregano
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
2. The salad can be served immediately, but for better flavor, store salad in tightly covered container in refrigerator for up to 24 hours before serving, to allow the flavors to blend.
