Granola for yogurt Ingredients:
2 cups quick cooking oats |
1/2 cup almonds, sliced |
1/4 cup coconut, flaked |
1 tsp cinnamon, ground |
1 tsp nutmeg, ground |
1/3 cup orange juice |
1/3 cup honey |
1/4 cup brown sugar |
2 tsp canola oil |
1 tsp vanilla |
Directions:
1. Mix together oats, almonds, coconut, cinnamon and nutmeg. In seperate bowl, mix together orange juice, honey andbrown sugar. Heat for 1 minute in microwave and stir until sugar is dissolved. Add oil and vanilla to juice mixture. Stir juice mixture into oats until all is coated evenly. Bake in 250 degree oven until oats are golden brown, stirring occasionally. |
