Easy, Quick and so good. Beautiful crisp vegtables without any trouble! Ingredients:
1 lb fresh green beans, just trim the one end and leave long |
1 1/2 cups tiny baby carrots, sliced diagonally |
1/2 red pepper, cubed |
1 tablespoon chopped fresh gingerroot |
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice |
1 teaspoon sugar |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in shallow micro-safe bowl and stir to mix well. 2. Top tightly with saran wrap. 3. Cook on high for 2 minutes. |
