Quick Garlic N Flax Bagel |

Something I make quick to satisfy my tummy. I grind the flax so there is still some whole seeds. Low in fat if you omit the butter/margarine. Sometime a slice a hard boiled egg over it as well. Ingredients:
1/2 egg bagel (i use lenders) |
1 -2 teaspoon butter (optional) or 1 -2 teaspoon margarine (optional) |
1 1/2 teaspoons ground flax seeds |
2 -3 pinches garlic powder |
Directions:
1. Toast bagel. 2. If using butter or margarine, spread it on the toasted bagel. 3. Sprinkle the flax & garlic over bagel. |
