From Betty Crocker. Ingredients:
1 (16 ounce) package fusilli |
2 cups cubed cooked chicken |
1 cup chopped cucumber |
1 cup chopped yellow bell peppers or 1 cup red bell pepper |
1 cup chopped tomato |
3/4 cup spicy vegetable juice (spicy v-8) |
1/4 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice |
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
2 garlic cloves, minced |
Directions:
1. Cook pasta per package directions; drain, rinse with cold water, then drain again. 2. Mix pasta and the remaining ingredients; serve immediately. |
