Easy to prepare and quick. A good sauce with ice cream.
Ingredients:
3 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup milk
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup miniature marshmallow
1 pinch salt
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a 1- quart microwave-safe bowl. 2. Microwave for 3-4 minutes on High, stirring occasionally, until marshmallows look very soft and puffy. 3. Stir until smooth. 4. Cool Slightly and serve warm.
