2 cups yogurt (any kind flavored) |
2 tablespoons brown sugar or 2 tablespoons honey |
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon |
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg |
bowl fresh fruit, cut up into slices |
Directions:
1. Stir brown sugar (or honey), cinnamon, and nutmeg into yogurt. Use slices of fruit for dipping. |
