From hospice with heart recipe collection. Ingredients:
10 1/2 ounces french onion soup, undiluted |
1/2 lb thinly sliced deli roast beef |
1/3 cup water |
4 slices provolone cheese |
4 hoagie rolls |
Directions:
1. In a bowl, combine soup, beef and water. 2. Cover and microwave for 3 minutes or until heated. 3. Place a slice of cheese on bottom of each bun. 4. Broil 5 inches from heat, for 1 minute or until cheese is melted. 5. use a slotted spoon to put beef onto buns. 6. Serve with onion soup for dipping. |
