This is an incredibly rich chocolate mouse. I've been making it for years to rave reviews. Using a blender is a must! Ingredients:
1 (6 ounce) package chocolate chips |
2 eggs |
3 tablespoons hot very strong coffee |
1 -2 tablespoon rum or 1 -2 tablespoon orange-flavored liqueur |
3/4 cup scalded milk |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender at high speed for 2 solid minutes.
2. Pour the mousse into dessert cups and chill until firm.
