You can make a quick from-scratch focaccia in less time than it takes you to run to the store and back. Ingredients:
1 (10-ounce) can refrigerated pizza crust dough |
olive oil-flavored cooking spray |
2 teaspoons olive oil |
1 tablespoon bottled minced garlic |
1 1/2 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary |
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400°. 2. Unroll dough into a rectangle on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Brush dough with 2 teaspoons olive oil, and sprinkle with garlic and rosemary. Bake at 400° for 17 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Sprinkle with kosher salt. |
