Quick Fix Beer Bread

Easy beer bread. Comes out very moist and tasty.
Ingredients:
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
3 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
12 ounces beer
2 tablespoons olive oil
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
2. Coat an 8-inch loaf pan with cooking spray.
3. In a large bowl combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
4. Make a well in the center of the mix.
5. Pour in beer and olive oil.
6. Mix until just blended.
7. Pour batter in loaf pan and bake for 45 minutes.
