This is a delightful last minute beginning to almost any meal. Yes, I DO resort to those cream of**** soups when needed!
Ingredients:
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can tomato soup
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can green pea soup
1 (6 1/2 ounce) can crabmeat, drained
16 ounces milk (no less then 2%)
2 -3 tablespoons sherry wine
salt or pepper, to taste
Directions:
1. In saucepan, mix all ingredients but sherry.
2. Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
3. Add sherry just before serving. Season as desired.
