Uses a whole chicken, cut up with onion soup mix and cream of mushroom soup and wine. From a community cookbook, submitted by Gloria Arenson of North Hollywood, CA. Ingredients:
1 roasting chicken, cut up |
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup |
0.5 (1 1/2 ounce) package dry onion soup mix |
1/2 cup white wine |
Directions:
1. Place chicken pieces in baking pan; do not season. 2. Blend the other ingredients and pour over the chicken. 3. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees F. |
