This chili can be made in a crock pot or on a stove (if you make it on a stove make sure you cook it long enough that the beans are soft. You can also substitute the chicken for leftover shredded pork! This goes well with Mexican Corn Bread! Ingredients:
1 (48 ounce) jar great northern beans |
1 (24 ounce) jar salsa |
1 (10 ounce) can cooked chicken, shredded |
1 (8 ounce) package monterey jack pepper cheese, shredded |
1 teaspoon cumin |
Directions:
1. Dump all the ingredients in a crock pot and let it heat on high for about 4 hours, and enjoy! |
