heathy & quick dish w/ flavored tuna. No need to use butter, salt, or sauces! Ingredients:
2 1/2 ounces starkist sweet and spicy tuna (1/2 of a 5 oz. pouch) |
2 cups cooked white rice |
1 cup spinach or 1 cup broccoli |
1 pinch slivered almonds |
Directions:
1. Cook rice and veggies. 2. Top rice with layer of spinach or broccoli. Top that with tuna directly from the pouch. Add some almond slivers. Voila. |
