quick easy and very filling Ingredients:
1/2 tablespoon vegetable oil |
1 small onion (sliced) |
1 garlic clove |
1 (15 ounce) can tomatoes |
1 tablespoon flour (optional) |
250 g minced meat |
300 g spaghetti |
1 teaspoon mixed herbs |
1 teaspoon garlic salt |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. heat oil in heavy saucepan over gentel heat. 2. add onion and garlic toss until coated. 3. sweat on gental heat (soft and pale golden). 4. add meat turn heat up high stir until browned. 5. add flour if using. 6. add tomatoes with juice. 7. add italian stock cube,mixed herbs,garlic salt and pepper and salt and pepper. 8. cook tomatoes uncoverd for aprox 30 min 9. cook spagetti. |
