A great recipe from Razzle Dazzle Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs ground beef |
2 (15 ounce) cans tomato sauce |
2 teaspoons garlic salt |
1 teaspoon basil |
1/2 teaspoon oregano |
10 (12 ounce) packages fine egg noodles |
8 ounces cream cheese |
2 cups sour cream |
12 green onions, chopped |
8 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese |
Directions:
1. In a large skillet, brown ground beef and drain. Stir in the spices and tomato sauce. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes. 2. In boiling water, cook noodles as directed on package. Rinse and drain well. 3. Blend together sour cream and cream cheese. Stir in green onions. 4. In a 9 x 13 pan, layer cooked noodles, cream cheese mixture, meat sauce and cheese. Bake for 45 minutes at 375°F. |
