Very quick hummus recipe, no tahini required. Ingredients:
3 -4 garlic cloves |
1 (16 ounce) can garbanzo beans, drained |
1/4 cup lemon juice |
3/4 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon black pepper, ground |
1 dash hot sauce |
1/4 cup olive oil |
Directions:
1. Process garlic in a food processor until chopped. 2. Add garbanzo beans, lemon juice, salt, pepper and process until smooth. 3. Add olive oil slowly to food processor while running. 4. Add hot sauce to taste. |
