For extra fast preparation time, and speedy cleanup, prepare entire recipe in your food processor. Ingredients:
1 egg |
1/4 cup molasses |
1/4 cup milk |
3 tablespoons butter, melted |
1 cup flour |
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder |
1/2 tablespoon sugar |
1/8 teaspoon baking soda |
1/4 teaspoon ginger |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Mix wet ingredients in food processor. Add premixed dry ingredients. Blend together until dry ingredients are just moistened. 2. To bake, preheat oven to 375°F Grease bottoms only of medium size muffin cups, fill to 2/3 full. Bake at once in a preheated 375F oven until golden brown, 15-20 minutes. |
