Best chocolate cake I've tasted. It's so easy to make- just throw it all in the bowl and cook. Simple and tasty :) Ingredients:
6 ounces self-raising flour |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
3/4 ounce cocoa |
2 ounces ground almonds |
6 ounces caster sugar |
6 ounces margarine |
3 eggs |
2 ounces butter |
2 ounces icing sugar |
1 ounce cocoa |
Directions:
1. For Cake:.
2. Throw everything in a bowl.
3. Beat with mixer for 1 minute.
4. Divide into 2 tins.
5. Cook at 140 degrees C for 25-30 minutes.
6. For Filling:.
7. Throw everything in a bowl.
8. Mix until fluffy.
9. Spread between cakes.
