Ingredients:
1 bag(s) (2.9 ounces) (11 cups popped) gourmet butter microwave popcorn |
3/4 cup(s) firmly packed light brown sugar |
3/4 cup(s) fleischmann's original margarine-stick |
pam original no-stick cooking spray |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350F. Spray 15x10-inch jelly-roll pan with cooking spray. 2. Prepare popcorn according to package directions. Remove all unpopped kernels. Place popped corn in extra-large bowl sprayed with cooking spray. 3. Combine Fleischmann's and brown sugar in medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Bring to boil; boil for three minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Drizzle over popped corn; using two spatulas, carefully toss to evenly coat. Spread out on prepared jelly-roll pan. 4. Bake 10 minutes, stirring halfway through baking, to evenly distribute caramel. Toss again after baking. Let cool 5 minutes on baking sheet. Store leftovers in airtight container. |
