A delicious way to use up left over cooked chicken from Chatelaine Food Express Quickies. Use Mango Chutney or store-bought mango chutney. Ingredients:
1 tablespoon mango chutney |
1/4 teaspoon curry |
1/4 cup mayonnaise |
2 cups cooked chicken, cubed |
Directions:
1. Combine first three ingredients in a small bowl. 2. Toss with cooked chicken cubes. 3. Enjoy. |
