2 cucumbers, halved and sliced |
2 onions, halved and sliced |
1 cup roasted red pepper, dressing (annie's brand) |
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil |

Directions:
1. Heat the olive oil and dressing until boiling. 2. Pour over onions, let cool and add cucumbers, salt, and pepper. |
