2 tablespoons butter |
2 tablespoons onions, finely chopped |
2 1/2 cups boiling water |
1 (12 ounce) can carnation evaporated milk |
1 1/3 cups instant potato flakes |
1 1/2 teaspoons seasoning salt |
1/4 teaspoon dill weed |
ground black pepper |
Directions:
1. Melt butter in medium saucepan over medium heat. 2. Add onion; cook, stirring occasionally, for 1 to 2 minutes or until onion is tender. 3. Stir in water, evaporated milk, potato flakess, seasoned salt and dill weed. 4. Heat until mixture just comes to a boil. 5. Season with pepper. |
