8 ounces fettuccine, cooked & drained |
1/2 cup onion, chopped |
2 medium zucchini, sliced |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
1 (10 1/2 ounce) container neufchatel cheese, garlic & herb |
1/2 cup skim milk |
1 cup tomato, chopped and seeded |
Directions:
1. Saute onion & zucchini till tender. 2. Add cheese & milk and stir till heated. 3. Add tomato. 4. Serve over pasta. |
