Coastal Carolina Cooking- 1958- Myrtle Beach, SC. Make this if DH is out of town,he doesn't care for pea soup. Easy, quick & good. Can use canned crab meat. Ingredients:
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of pea soup |
1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk |
1 pint half-and-half |
1 lb crabmeat, cut in small pieces |
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce |
salt, to taste |
pepper, to taste |
2 ounces sherry wine (or more) |
Directions:
1. In a saucepan, mix all ingredients in order listed, except sherry. Mix well and heat until hot. Add sherry just before serving. |
