a yummy soup and easy to make Ingredients:
3 (3 oz.) cream cheese and chives |
2 cans cream of celery soup |
1 can cream of tomato soup |
1 qt. half and half |
1 lb. imitation or real crab meat |
1/2 c. sherry |
Directions:
1. Mix soups and half and half in a large pot. 2. Heat on medium. 3. Add cream cheese. 4. Stir often with wire whisk until all is blended well. 5. Add the crab meat and sherry. 6. Heat until steaming not boiling. |
