A simple recipe for a refreshing relish. Ingredients:
1/4 cup sugar |
2 teaspoons minced onions |
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard |
1/4 teaspoon celery seed |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 cup cider vinegar |
1 (12 ounce) can mexicorn, drained |
Directions:
1. In small saucepan, combine all ingredients EXCEPT corn. 2. Bring to a boil. 3. Stir in corn, and simmer 10 minutes. 4. Spoon into bowl. 5. Cover and refrigerate till chilled. |
