Here's a nice fast corn pudding for your holiday menus! Just combine ingredients and cook! Ingredients:
2 (16 ounce) cans cream-style corn |
4 eggs, beaten |
4 tablespoons all-purpose flour |
1/4 cup butter, melted |
1 cup milk |
1/2 cup sugar |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Set oven to 350ºF. 2. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. 3. Pour into a lightly greased 2-quart baking dish. 4. Bake uncovered for 1-1/4 to 1-1/2 hours. |
