This is a very tasty snack for anytime of day Ingredients:
1 10 inch whole wheat tortilla |
1/2 cup shredded reduced fat cheese |
1/4 cup salsa |
Directions:
1. Place tortilla in a non-stick skillet over low heat. 2. Sprinkle with cheese. 3. Cover and cook for 1 1/2 minutes or until cheese has melted. 4. Fold the tortilla in half, cut into 4 wedges and serve with salsa. |
