This is the fastest, easiest sweet treat you can make - once you've made it twice you can throw away the recipe as it only has 4 ingredients! It's perfect to whip up if you have guests dropping by for coffee with little or no notice. Read more . (I have also tried it with the addition of extras also such as dried apricots, craisins and chocolate chips - just add a dose of imagination!) Ingredients:
1 cup self raising flour |
1 cup shredded or dessicated coconut |
3/4 cup caster sugar |
3/4 cup milk |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 180C. 2. Grease and line a loaf tin. 3. Combine ingredients in medium bowl and mix until combined. 4. Spoon mixture into prepared pan and bake for approx 30 minutes. 5. DONE!! |
