A delicious and quick to prepare recipe. Children and adults will love it. Ingredients:
4 cups milk |
1/2 cup white sugar |
1/2 cup cornstarch |
1/2 cup dark cocoa powder |
1 (4 ounce) bar semisweet chocolate, chopped |
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon |
1 teaspoon whiskey (optional) |
Directions:
1. Stir milk, sugar, and cornstarch together in a saucepan; stirring continually, bring to a boil. Add cocoa powder, chopped chocolate, cinnamon, and whiskey to the milk mixture; cook and stir until thick, about 5 minutes. Pour into a casserole or baking dish. 2. Refrigerate until cold. |
