Quick Chicken Tortilla Soup |

This soup can be on the table in 10 minutes, and is super filling. This is also very versatile. If you would want to add a can or some frozen corn, throw it in! Throwing in a handful of rice when starting is not a bad option, either! Ingredients:
3 cups v 8 vegetable juice |
1 (16 ounce) can refried beans |
1 (12 1/2 ounce) can chicken |
1 (16 ounce) can black beans |
1 (16 ounce) can tomatoes |
2 tablespoons taco seasoning |
1 teaspoon cumin |
1 tablespoon sour cream |
1 tablespoon grated cheese |
1/4 cup crushed tortilla chips |
Directions:
1. Add contents of cans and seasonings together to heat through. Top with sour cream, cheese, and chips. They do not have to be crushed, I just didn't know how to quantify for the ingredient calculations. Add toppings in quantities you choose! |
