Made with out chicken meat to cut down the cholesterol. Ingredients:
14 1/2 ounce chicken broth |
1 carrot |
1 stalk celery |
1/2 onion |
1 clove garlic |
2 ounces dry noodles or 4 ounces fresh noodles |
1/8 teaspoon thyme or poultry seasoning |
1 tablespoon parsley |
Directions:
1. In a medium sized pot combine stock, veggies and spices except parsley. 2. Bring to a boil and cook for 10 minutes. 3. Stir in parsley and serve. |
